How it happened.
With the numbers.

One story, start to finish. The figures are self-reported, and the charts show the shape of it, not exact data points.

01 Supplements

I started by selling supplements, knowing nothing about money or marketing. It flopped. Looking back, it was the cheapest education I could have asked for: a failure while the stakes were still small. It made me want to understand how business really works.

02 Ten accounts

Then I stopped just using social media and started to understand it. I built accounts systematically, and found that content can earn money. The result: 10 accounts grown to 100k–200k+ followers each, more than a million followers combined, and 80k kr earned from posting content.

The lesson: distribution is a skill you can train. Whoever understands a platform best wins on it.

03 SMP, and the day the rules changed

I launched a course called SMP, built on what I'd learned. With zero marketing it reached 15 students. Then Snapchat changed how creators earn, and within two months the original model died.

If you build on a platform you don't own, be ready to pivot fast. It was the most expensive lesson, and the best one.

04 Door to door

After SMP I went where sales is most honest: out the door. For two months I sold nothing and was dead last in the company. Then I changed my questions instead of my pitch, and six months later I was one of the top reps. Along the way I generated $1M+ in sales for one company. That's the company's revenue, not my income.

I trained a new rep who closed 10 sales in his first week. I worked with the craziest guy in door-to-door sales, and he taught me a rule I still use. Selling is less about persuasion and more about asking the right questions, then surviving the silence. Everything I learned is in the free sales book and the 1.1.1.1 guide.

05 Olimpius Media

With partners I started a marketing agency. I ran ads for clients, including webinar and video-sales-letter funnels, mostly on Facebook and Amazon. Clients cared most about the AI side, so we built AI automation and infrastructure for traditional businesses under the name Olimpius Media. When the work stopped feeling meaningful, we shut it down on purpose. Choosing to stop is also a builder's decision. What I learned about ads is now the 500 KR ANNONSER book.

06 The podcast

I started a podcast with my sister to document the journey while we were in the middle of it. Documenting forces you to think clearly, and leaves you honest notes to build on.

07 Now

Now I share what I learn in free books and games, raw and without gloss, for young entrepreneurs who want to grow. You don't need to be finished to be useful.

How to read the numbers

  • $1M+ is sales I generated for a company, not money I took home.
  • 100k–200k+ applies to each account. The combined 1M+ is simply 10 accounts added up.
  • The charts show shape, not exact data.
